What are the shipping costs?

For orders shipped to the US, shipping is free of charge for all orders with their value over $80. A shipping fee of $9.99 is applied to all orders with their value lower than $80.

For orders shipped to the EU, standard shipping is free of charge. Express shipping fee is €6.32.

 

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer you several options for a safe, fast, and convenient payment.

  • You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • You can pay through your Paypal account

 

What taxes apply to my order of your products?

Duties and taxes are included in the price for orders shipped to addresses in the EU and US. However, orders that are shipped to addresses outside of the EU or the US may be subject to local duties and taxes.  
If duties and taxes are not included on your order, this will be applied by the carrier when the shipment reaches your country. Duties and taxes are applied to the full value of the products, voucher codes and promotions are not taken into consideration.

What are the shipping times?

The delivery time is from 2 to 5 business days after placing your order. The expected delivery time will be displayed to you at the checkout before completing your purchase.

Please note that there are no deliveries on non-working days or on national and local holidays.

What product guarantee do I have?

All our products come with a two-year guarantee, starting from the date of delivery to you.
