Our buyers can choose between two payment methods, ensuring they have the option to select the payment method that is the most convenient for them.

 

Payment methods

- PayPal (online payment through the website www.paypal.com). After confirming the payment method, you will be redirected to the www.paypal.com server, where you will be able to complete your payment.

- Credit card (e.g. Mastercard, Visa). To guarantee maximum security in payments, the online transactions of your purchases paid for by credit card are carried out with CloudFlare certification, through a Secure Server that adopts the SSL protection system. This system takes care of encrypting the information entered, so as to make it impossible to intercept them.

 

Shipping

No matter which payment method you choose, the delivery is carried out by one of our delivery partners. You will see all the information about the carrier in the e-mail with your tracking number. Delivery is possible to your home address or another address you provide for delivery in the shopping cart. If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. The customer will be notified of the exact delivery date by e-mail. If the goods are not in stock, the customer will be informed about the changed terms of delivery within one (1) day. Supplied goods also include a delivery note; the customer will receive the invoice and the link to the user manual by e-mail. Items purchased on the www.marco-loretti.com site are shipped as quickly as possible. Since fast and convenient delivery is important to us, we attach great importance to our logistics center.

The online store accepts orders 24/7. All orders received from Monday to Friday until noon CET will be shipped on the same day . Orders received after noon CET will be shipped the next working day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be shipped on the first working day. In the event that the product is no longer available at the time of the order, the delivery period extends in accordance with the delivery times of the goods from the manufacturer.

Shipping fees

Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, Rest of World:

Free of charge for orders with their value exceeding $80, and $9.99 for orders with their value lower than $80.

Shipping to the EU

Standard shipping is free of charge. 

 

Treatment of damaged shipments

If at the time of delivery, you find an item or a physical element that is damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, make a request for a return or product exchange. The damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery of the product by e-mail [email protected] attaching the copy of the invoice, copy of the delivery label and photo / video of the damaged item. You will arrange all the details about the collection of the damaged product with our contact person.
